This situation is where the pet urinated on the carpet only once in each location.Urine will not have permeated heavily into carpet pad and sub floor structure.

Step 1. Each contaminated spot is liberally saturated with designated deodorizing agent.

Step 2. Deodorizing agent is allowed to dwell at least 30 minutes.

Step 3. Lightly hot water extract treated areas leaving sufficient active product in the carpet complete the odor removal process.

Step 4. If any yellowing remains liberally apply Urine Stain Remover and allow to dry. Stain will gradually disappear as solution dries.

This is where the pet has repeatedly used the same spot. The carpet backing, pad and floor have been saturated by urine.

The new generation chemistry of oxidizers permanently removes pet odor contamination with the added benefit of: no

lingering fragrances, guaranteed results, one call treatment and complete stain removal. Non allergenic and it works in about 30 minutes. Note: This procedure should not be used on natural fibers such as wool or silk.

The preferred method of treatments to lift the carpet

as has just been explained. However, when you encounter contamination where it is impractical to lift the carpet you can treat it from the top.

Following is the treatment sequence to use in these situations.

Step 1. Mix oxidizer solution.

Step 2. Saturate the area with oxidizing solution.

Step 3. Agitate solution with wand or carpet rake assure total penetration.

Step 4. Allow 30 minutes dwell time.

Step 5.Using subsurface extraction tool to extract the solution and oxidized contamination from the carpet and padding.

Step 6. Allow carpet to dry completely before covering with furniture.

Step 1.Disengage and remove carpet from contaminated area

Step 2. Remove contaminated carpet cushion.

Step 3. Sweep sub -floor to remove loose dirt.

Step 4. Liberally apply "Odor Barrier" to sub-floor, tackless strip,gully area. (Area between tackless strip and wall.)

Step 5. Place 1 to 2 mil. plastic sheeting over area so that it adheres to floor surfaces.

Step 6. Tuck plastic inn around tackless and along gully so that extends 6 inches over both good carpet and up wall surfaces.

Step 7. Lay carpet back into position over plastic sheeting.

Step 8. Prepare oxidizing solution using very hot water.

Step 9. Pour hot solution onto contaminated area of carpet to totally saturate all carpet fibers.

Step 10. Agitate solution using carpet wand or rake to move solution around carpet.

Step 11. Apply at ratio of 1 gallon of solution per 4 or 5 square feet of carpet.

Step 12. Allow 30 minutes dwell time.

Step 13. Dry-vac carpet to remove moisture leaving carpet as dry as possible.

Step 14. Leave plastic sheeting in place and install new padding.

Step 15. Reinstall carpet.

Step 16.Trim plastic protruding along the wall at baseboard.

Step 17. Dry carpet with air movers before covering with furniture.
